The questions owners actually ask.
Straightforward answers on what we do, what you own, how we handle your staff and data, and where we'd start. If you have a question that isn't here, email us directly.
- 01
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Independently-owned service companies, specialty retailers, healthcare practices, trades, and professional services — typically in the $1M–$20M range. Not enterprise, not venture-backed. The kinds of businesses that have real customers and real staff, not a tech team.
- 02
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Everything sits in your systems — your Google Workspace, your CRM, your website, your phone system. We document it so your staff can run it. When we leave, the integration stays with you, not us. That's the point of bespoke.
- 03
What if my staff is nervous about AI?
That reaction is usually correct — most AI they've seen was pitched as a replacement. We build AI that takes the grunt work off your staff so they can do the work only humans can. Training is part of every implementation, and your staff helps shape the tools before they ship.
- 04
What about my customer data?
We use enterprise-grade tools (Anthropic Claude, Google Workspace, Zapier and similar) that process data under strict privacy terms. We don't export your customer list. We don't train outside models on your data.
- 05
How fast do I see results?
Most first wins land inside 30 days, because they're hygiene and capability gaps — not strategy gaps. The bigger shifts (AI that truly learns your voice, handles nuanced handoffs, or drives channel performance) take 60–90 days as we tune against your real data.
- 06
Do I need to switch away from my current tools?
Rarely. We fit AI around QuickBooks, your CRM, your scheduling tool, your phone system — whatever you run. Bespoke integration means we adapt to you. If a current tool is actively holding you back, we'll say so, but replacing tools is the last resort, not the first.
- 07
What if I already have a marketing agency?
We'll audit the relationship as part of the engagement and give you an honest read: where they're still earning their retainer, where the work is now automatable, and whether the math still makes sense. No grudge against agencies — most of us came from them.
- 08
What's the minimum commitment?
An Audit — 1–2 weeks, fixed fee. You get a specific written read on where AI plausibly helps your business regardless of whether you hire us beyond it. And if you do hire us for Strategy or Implementation afterward, the Audit fee is credited toward the engagement — so it's never a sunk cost.
